Hi friend, and welcome to my little corner of holistic wellness. ✨
Holistic health has been a passion of mine for as long as I can remember - and even more so now as I’ve gotten older.
Throughout my life, I’ve explored natural ways to support the body, from mindful daily habits to clean supplements and pure, premium wellness products. Over the years, I’ve learned the importance of choosing products that are truly clean, free from unnecessary additives, and aligned with the body’s natural balance. Those are the kinds of products and practices I share here.
I’m a certified Nutrition Coach, a yoga teacher, and a Gua Sha instructor, and these trainings have deeply shaped how I approach holistic health and wellbeing.
My love for natural living and my desire to share it with others has inspired me to create a variety of resources on holistic wellness, including PDF guides, tips on skincare, and two books available on Amazon: Nutrition Basics for a Healthy Lifestyle and Holistic wellness for Beginners. All of these were created to offer gentle, accessible guidance for anyone wanting to feel better in their everyday life, and I’m now finally sharing them through, Roots of Holistic, my new website/blog/shop.
But even though I’m deeply passionate about wellness, I’m also a big believer in balance. Holistic health isn’t about perfection - it’s about living fully.
So yes, I love nourishing food, mindful routines, and natural healing… but I also love pizza nights, a couple of glasses of wine with friends, and simply enjoying life.
My philosophy is 70% nourishing and 30% just living - and it works perfectly for me… maybe it will for you too?
Here on Roots of Holistic, I only share what I personally use, truly believe in, and genuinely love. My goal is simply to inspire you to find what works for you, your own balance, and your own way of taking care of yourself.
